OUR MISSION
The New Mexico Sandplay Society (NMSS) was formed in 1994 in order to support sandplay therapists and the work of the Sandplay Therapists of America (STA) and International Society of Sandplay Therapy (ISST) on the local level. Its mission includes public education, professional training, and research in sandplay. NMSS supports the guidelines for professional practice of sandplay therapy as established by ISST and the founder of sandplay, Dora M. Kalff.
