Rediscovering the Dynamic Wholeness of Masculine & Feminine: Sandplay as Vessel for Polarities

PRESENTED BY:

May 31, 2025 1:00 - 3:30 PM MST

Join us for an contemplatively immersive training where sandplay becomes a living vessel for exploring the timeless dance of masculine and feminine energies — not as opposites, but as dynamic, interwoven aspects of a larger wholeness.  In this dialogue, we’ll explore how what appears as opposition is often part of a greater cyclical, relational movement — where linear narratives arc back into themselves, revealing the natural, rhythmic processes of psyche and world. Dynamic, grounded, and deeply connective.

This dialogue is oriented to actual dialogue between participants with the understanding that much in our present world is particularly fresh in, at times, challenging ways – for us and our clients.  We will seek a space to give you voice if you choose to share.

WITHIN GENDER & SHADOW: AN ANCIENT FUTURE

PRESENTED BY:
Alexander John Shaia, PhD, CST-T/ISST

January 18, 2025 1:00 - 3:30 PM MST

The indigenous peoples of the Americas have much to teach us. Their wisdom is a corrective to Western culture and its lack of harmony.

In this presentation, we will consider vital aspects of the Navajo Creation Story (Diné Bahané), including how it portrays a dialectic within gender, as well as perspectives on Shadow.

Specifically, we will work with the third cycle of the Diné Bahané "Slaying the Monsters”.
